The Montauk Teak Adirondack Chair sets the standard for outdoor enjoyment. It sports wide arms, a curved seat and much more. With a low profile front, the need for a footrest is diminished. Braced for longevity, this chair will last. Four of these chairs fit nicely around our Classic 42″ Conversation Table or using our side table for drinks.
Douglas Nance Montauk Teak Adirondack Chair. The Douglas Nance philosophy about teak furniture is different than most. While all around we see designs and styles that minimize the use of teak wood by substituting with aluminum or adding sling fabric material, we have gone the other direction. Slim and sleek won’t be found in descriptions of our teak adirondack chairs and furniture. Instead you’ll read masterful, bold and rock solid. Everything in the design of our styles has been about making a statement with teak. We’ve added thickness to our parts to give unheard of stability and strength. We’ve also added extra dimension to provide more room and comfort than any teak designs we have ever seen.

Beautiful and Classic – Aged Teak. The true character of teak is evident in its beautiful grain and its amazing durability. As it ages, if exposed to the weather, teak develops a silver gray patina. However, our furniture can still remain in service with this classic gray color. Applying teak protector slows this natural process. Once teak has grayed, return to the honey brown color using teak cleaner.
Our commitment to only source teak wood from certified, verifiable, legal plantations is the right thing to do.
