It is very comfortable with or without optional seat pads. Place these chairs around the Somerset 48″ Teak Dining Table for relaxing outdoor dining. This armchair showcases the natural honey gold color of teak wood. Mortise and tenon construction offer a lasting durability. This great armchair fits perfectly around our Somerset 48″ Teak Dining Table or the Classic 65″ Teak Dining Table.
Somerset Dining Armchair. The Douglas Nance philosophy about teak dining furniture is different than most. We see many designs and styles that minimize the use of teak wood. Substituting teak with aluminum or adding sling fabric material is not our desire. Our designs point in another direction. Slim and sleek won’t be found in descriptions of our furniture. Instead you’ll read masterful, bold and rock solid. Our dining chair styles make a statement with teak. We’ve added thickness to our parts to give unheard of stability and strength. We provide more room and comfort than any teak designs we have ever seen.

Beautiful and Classic – Aged Teak. The true character of teak is evident in its beautiful grain and its amazing durability. As it ages, if exposed to the weather, teak develops a silver gray patina. However, our furniture can still remain in service with this classic gray color. Applying teak protector slows this natural process. Once teak has grayed, return to the honey brown color using teak cleaner.
