Good Service After the Sale
I used this company to order four patio chairs. They served as the middle man for the manufacturing company. When we were putting together the first chair, there was a flaw in the construction that caused a problem. I emailed Atlantic and told them the problem, stated our desire to have a replacement part sent, and they replied very promptly about solving the issue. However, as the days went on, I could tell that the manufacturer was giving them a lot of grief about them supplying us with a replacement. This is where Customer Service (and in particular Craig Terrana) shows what they are made of. Craig stuck with it, got a whole new chair sent to us and arranged the pick up of the original. He was always available to answer questions, email, and even share a few laughs about the process. He was through, professional and courteous. While I may never again buy furniture from that manufacturer, I will always go to Atlantic Patio Furniture first for anything I need.
