Barlow Tyrie Cantilever Umbrella Free-Standing Base. For use with Barlow Tyrie Cantilever Parasol. This freestanding base is for use with the Napoli Cantilever Parasol and features rollers and a drawbar to aid easy positioning. The base requires weighting with 12 concrete patio slabs (not supplied) that are concealed in the base. We supply a rubber mat to protect the base when walked on.
